6. Vehicle Transportation Terms
When a client requests transportation of a fully paid vehicle to a specific location, the following terms apply:
- Client Responsibilities:
- Provide complete and accurate vehicle details including make, model, year, VIN, and current location
- Ensure all necessary documentation is provided (registration, insurance, etc.)
- Confirm full payment of the vehicle has been completed
- Provide accurate delivery location details and contact information
- Our Responsibilities:
- Arrange appropriate transportation method based on vehicle type and destination
- Provide estimated delivery timeline
- Maintain insurance coverage during transit
- Handle customs clearance if required
- Provide tracking updates throughout the journey
- Transportation Fees:
- Transportation costs are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and chosen transport method
- Additional fees may apply for special handling requirements
- All fees must be paid before transportation begins
- Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs and other market factors
- Delivery Terms:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Client must be available at the delivery location or designate an authorized representative
- Vehicle inspection must be completed upon delivery
- Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Insurance and Liability:
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage during transit
- Insurance coverage details will be provided upon request
- Client's personal insurance must remain active during transit
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and any costs already incurred
- No refunds for cancellations after transportation has begun
7. Quality Assurance
The Company ensures:
- Compliance with UK and international standards
- Proper documentation and certification
- Quality control measures
- Compliance with safety regulations
8. Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited to:
- Direct losses arising from our negligence
- Amount specified in the service agreement
